Please read the guide below for help with registering on the forum.

If you prefer, you can download a PDF copy of the guide at the bottom of the post.

Registering on the forum

When you first arrive on the forum, you will only be able to see limited topics.  These are to ensure the safety and privacy of all the forum users.  Once you register and are verified, you will be able to view and contribute to your service forum.

1.  Click the register link.

2.  Enter your name and email address.

3.  Once you’ve accepted the terms and conditions, click the blue REGISTER button.

4.  Check your email.

Check your email for your username and password info.  If you can’t see the email, check your Junk folder.

Click the link in the email to set your password.  You might need to move the email to your Inbox to click the link.  We recommend you save the email as a reminder of your username.

5.  Set a strong password.

6.  Log in to the forum.

Verification

For the safety of you and all of the forum users, we will need to verify your identity.

1.  When you first log in, you will be able to see the topic “Introduce Yourself”

2.  Click into here and you will see a list of our wheelchair services.

3.  Introduce yourself.

For your safety, please do not include any personal, sensitive information such as your date of birth, address, telephone number or NHS number.

There may be a short delay whilst you’re being verified.  At the moment, the forum is only moderated during working hours.  This will change as the forum gets busier.

You might get a call from your customer service team who may wish to double-check it’s really you who has registered.

Access

Once you’ve been verified, you’ll be able to access your local service forum only, where you can chat to your fellow wheelchair users and members of the service team.

We’ll keep you updated with what’s going on in the service and listen to your suggestions on how we can improve things for you.

Important:

For your safety, please do not include any personal, sensitive information such as your date of birth, address, telephone number or NHS number.

Please do not use the forum for queries regarding your equipment.  For this, you will need to contact your local customer service team.
